OVERLAND PARK, KANSAS – December 3, 2024 – We’re honored to share that on November 6, 2024, Arthur McKinney awarded the prestigious Patriot Award to Matt Metcalf, recognizing his exceptional support of our nation’s citizen warriors.
The Patriot Award, given by the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR), highlights the commitment and care shown by supervisors like Matt who go above and beyond for National Guard and Reserve Service Members and their families. His efforts—offering flexible schedules, understanding the unique challenges of deployment, and providing steadfast support—embody the spirit of this award.
Arthur has 20+ years of military service, having served as a Special Forces Green Beret and Military Intelligence Warrant Officer. He continues to serve in the U.S. Army Reserve, providing critical intelligence support. Arthur is also the Federal Programs Director for Eastern Shawnee Professional Services, an Eastern Shawnee Companies subsidiary.
