Eastern Shawnee Companies (ESC) is proud to announce that Ryan Stobaugh, PE, has joined the organization as Senior Project Manager. With over a decade of experience in civil engineering, project management, and leadership, Ryan brings unparalleled expertise to ESC as it continues to expand its reach and impact in federal and commercial contracting.
Ryan is a licensed Professional Engineer in both Missouri and Kansas and holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Missouri – Kansas City. His career has been defined by his ability to manage large-scale, complex projects, including levee improvements, multifamily site developments, and critical infrastructure for military installations. Ryan’s proven track record includes leading multimillion-dollar efforts, supervising cross-functional teams, and providing innovative engineering solutions to meet the most challenging demands.
In addition to his impressive professional credentials, Ryan served in the United States Navy, where he separated as a Petty Officer First Class (E-6). During his service he served on the USS Dubuque (LPD-8), USS Juneau (LPD-10), USS Squall (PC-7), and at the Naval Special Warfare Center in Coronado, California. His dedication to excellence and teamwork in both military and civilian roles make him a perfect fit for ESC’s culture and mission.
