Eastern Shawnee Professional Services (ESPS), an Eastern Shawnee Companies (ESC) subsidiary and leading provider of professional and consulting services in the region, is thrilled to announce the appointment of Arthur McKinney as the new General Manager. McKinney brings to the role a wealth of experience and a proven track record of leadership and results in the professional services industry.
McKinney steps into his new role having previously served as General Manager for two Alaska Native Corporation (ANC) owned firms where he built successful practices in information technology, audiovisual, and procurement services, making him uniquely qualified to lead ESPS into its next chapter of expansion and success.
As General Manager, McKinney will oversee all operations, strategy, and business development efforts at ESPS. His appointment is a clear reflection of the company’s commitment to excellence and its vision for the future. McKinney’s leadership will be instrumental in enhancing ESPS’s service offerings, expanding its client base, and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
“I am honored to join the talented team at Eastern Shawnee Professional Services and to have the opportunity to contribute to the well-being and progress of native communities. I am excited to contribute to the company’s growth and success and surpass the expectations of our clients and stakeholders,” said McKinney.
The team at ESPS is equally enthusiastic about McKinney’s appointment. “Arthur’s leadership qualities, industry and military expertise, and vision align perfectly with our goals at ESPS,” said Matt Metcalf, ESC’s Chief Executive Officer. “We are confident that under his guidance, ESPS will reach new heights of success.”
Prior to joining the corporate world, McKinney served as a US Army Special Forces soldier (Green Beret), Intelligence Officer, and consultant, where he developed leadership, strategic planning, and crisis management skills. His more than 20 years of experience have instilled in him the values of discipline, integrity, resilience, and a commitment to excellence.
